Somatic therapy and dance movement therapy offer a deeply transformative path back to the body. As a Health and Social Prevention Educator, dance practitioner, and specialist in therapeutic movement, I invite you to experience the healing power of dance and somatic work. With over 30 years of experience in movement, dance, and body-based therapy, my practice combines scientific understanding with intuitive wisdom.



What Can Be Healed Through Somatic Dance Therapy?



Our bodies hold stories – unspoken memories, suppressed emotions, and unresolved trauma. When left unaddressed, these imprints can create long-term tension, chronic pain, anxiety, emotional blocks, or even physical illness. Somatic therapy and dance allow these imprints to surface and release in a gentle, non-verbal way.

Dance is one of the most ancient forms of healing and self-expression. Movement connects us to life. When we dance with intention and presence, life begins to move through us. Our breath deepens, our emotions flow, and our stories transform.


Through movement, we don’t bypass our wounds – we meet them with compassion.

And through breath, we create space for the body to speak, and for the soul to listen.


In my academic path, I dedicated my research to the therapeutic use of dance in health education and social prevention. I have taught dance for over 16 years and have worked one-to-one with clients using somatic techniques, body awareness, and intuitive energy work. These sessions are the result of decades of embodied experience.



What Do My Sessions Involve?



You’re invited to a 75-minute individual session of Somatic Dance Therapy. It is a safe, intuitive and powerful space for transformation. We work with your unique body, story, and rhythm – with breath, intuitive movement, and somatic tools to support emotional release and nervous system healing.


Sessions are held in West London (W7). During the warmer months, we may also work outdoors in a nearby park, when the weather allows, so you can reconnect with your body through nature.


No dance experience is needed – just your openness to explore. Whether you’re processing trauma, dealing with stress, or simply seeking deeper connection to your body, this session will support you in a compassionate and transformative way.
