I help people heal and transform by combining somatic movement, conscious dance, breathwork, and deep energy healing.
With a background in Health and Social Prevention Pedagogy and Contemporary Dance, I specialise in the therapeutic power of the body, emotional intelligence, and soul-level transformation.
As a Reiki Master and Certified Spiritual Response Therapy & Spiritual Restructuring practitioner, I guide clients through deep emotional release, energetic alignment, and reconnection with their true essence.
